A deliberately gentle last morning. Meiji Shrine — Tokyo's grandest Shinto shrine, set in a forest — and the adjoining Yoyogi Park. Walk the forested approach, see the shrine (Sunday often brings traditional weddings), and stroll the park. A slow wind-down before the afternoon.
Getting there: JR Yamanote Shibuya → Harajuku (one stop, ~2 min) — the entrance is right opposite. Or a pleasant ~20 min walk up through Yoyogi Park from the hotel.
A midday run to Hands (12-18 Udagawacho, ~8 min walk) for Lisette's paintbrushes — just the two of you, James taking a breather. Seven floors of stationery, craft and art supplies with a solid general brush range (Holbein and the like). Grab a light lunch around it, then back to the Cerulean to drop the brushes and regroup with James before all three taxi to Azabudai.
Tight-but-fine window: wrap at Hands by ~13:20, back to the hotel ~13:25, then the ~15 min taxi to Azabudai for the 14:00 teamLab entry — best not to linger.

The 13F dining floor is freely accessible (no Sky ticket needed to dine). It's a big room so it turns over faster than a small counter, but reserving a table on TableCheck guarantees no wait.

Anpuku (Sanuki udon, 4F Toranomon Hills, a short walk from teamLab) — keeps dinner by the museum, but then it's a cross-town hop to Shibuya for Sky.
